华东师范大学俄罗斯研究中心成立于1999年，其前身为1981年成立的上海苏联东欧研究所。2000年9月被中华人民共和国教育部正式批准为全国高等学校人文社会科学重点研究基地，是全国高校中唯一研究俄罗斯问题的重点基地。

华东师大俄罗斯研究中心以俄罗斯研究为重点，兼及东欧及中亚地区研究，从政治、经济、外交、社会、文化等方面研究其历史与现状，重点研究当代俄罗斯的社会变迁和内外政策。研究中心以多学科综合研究为特点，承担有关俄罗斯（含苏联）重大理论、应用性课题。努力使研究中心成为推动国际交流、提高研究水平、提供决策咨询等方面的一流研究机构。

在多年积累和几代人努力的基础上，研究中心已形成一个多学科为依托，吸收校内外、国内外高水准专家组成的开放、流动的国家重点研究基地。研究中心现有专职、兼职研究人员18名。研究人员均为校内外研究俄苏问题的学者，实行聘任制、合同制管理。下设政治、经济、对外关系、历史文化研究室。研究中心与有关院系共设硕士点、博士点，培养硕士、博士等高级专门人才。

研究中心拥有专业性学术刊物《俄罗斯研究》（原名为《今日东欧中亚》），向国内外公开发行，是目前国内唯一研究俄罗斯的学术性刊物。中心已设立独立的学术性网站，开展广泛的信息交流。

本中心重视学术交流与学术合作，已与国际众多权威学术机构和大学建立起广泛的联系。

华东师范大学俄罗斯研究中心主任为冯绍雷教授，副主任为周尚文教授、陈建华教授、李宏图教授。

Centre for Russian Studies, East China Normal University

A Brief Overview

The Centre for Russian Studies, East China Normal University, formerly known as Shanghai Research Institute for Studies of the Soviet Union and East Europe and dating back as early as 1981, was officially established in 1999. In September 2000, it received approval from the Ministry of Education of China to become one of the National Key Research Institutes of Humanities and Social Sciences in Institutions of Higher Education. The ÿ@ntre is the only key research institute in China of Russian Studies. With its focus located on Russian issues, the Centre also has an academic coverage of the East European and Central Asian regions.

The Centre has multi-disciplinary interests, drawing resources from experts and scholars both within the university and outside, and from China and overseas. It has an open structure, with a flexible staffing system. Members of the Centre are generally contracted and project-related. The Centre has research sections in politics, economics, foreign relations, and history and cultural studies. In conjunction with relevant schools and departments in the university, the Centre has postgraduate programs for both the Master’s and doctoral degrees to train advanced research personnel.

We publish a specialised academic journal, Russian Studies, and have an independent academic website for academic information exchange.

Emphasis has always been placed on academic exchange and cooperation. We have extensive relationship with various international important academic institutions and universities.
